نویسنده
چکیده
We discuss the production of new particles that are predicted by many extensions of the Standard Model, at future high–energy pp, eP and e + e − linear colliders. We focus on the case of exotic, excited and di–fermions.

We present the one-loop scalar field effective potential for the N = 2 supersymmetric nonrelativistic self-interacting matter fields coupled to an Abelian Chern-Simons gauge field and for its generalization when bosonic matter fields are coupled to non-Abelian Chern-Simons field. In both models, Gauss’s law linearly relates the magnetic field to the matter field densities; hence, we also includ...

For thermal systems, standard perturbation theory breaks down because of the absence of stable, observable asymptotic states. We show, how the introduction of statistical quasi-particles (stable, but not observable) gives rise to a consistent description. Statistical and spectral information can be cleanly separated also for interacting systems.

The self-consistent spatial distribution of particles of Galactic dark matter is derived including their own gravitational potential, as also of that of the visible matter of the Galaxy. In order to reproduce the observed rotation curve of the Galaxy the value of the dispersion velocity of the dark matter particles, v 2 1/2 DM , should be ∼ 600 km s −1 or larger.
